Basically quality ingredients, packed with nutrients and fresh flavours, making it easy (and delicious) to keep on track with your fitness goals. With each plan, we will send you weekly menus with fresh and exciting new selections. All you have to do is choose what you want to eat for lunch, dinner, and snack, Monday through Friday and pick-up your meals twice a week at your selected pick-up location. Whatever plan you choose, your life just got a whole lot easier, and a whole lot tastier!


Not ready to commit? We get it. With the month-to-month plan, you can enjoy the same healthy, delicious meals and snacks as our other plans… without feeling too tied down. And if you decide you want to step things up, you can upgrade your subscription at any time.
